• PRESENTATION

Prolium plus: coccidiostatic powder for prevention and tratment of coccidiosis in poultry, containing amprolium and ethopabate that provides that provides a synergistic effect, which is highly effective in the control of major coccidiosis caused by Eimeria species of poultry ex: (E.tenella, E.maxima, E.acervulina, E.brunetti, E.necatrix). Amprolium hydrochloride acts upon the first generation schizont to prevent merozoites production and the acts  as competitive inhibitor of thiamine in the parasite metabolism. it exhibts hiigh activity against E.tenella and E.acervulina. Ethopabate: has anticoccidial activity especialy against E.maxima and E.brunetti, and the synergistic combination of amprolium hydrochloride and ethopabate is effective against E.necatrix.

For the treatment of Coccidiosis in broiler chicken caused by E.Tenella, E.Maxime, E.Acervulina, E.Brunetti and E.Necatrix 

• COMPOSITION

Each 1 kg contains:Amprolium hydrochloride: 250 gm. (Eq. to Amprolium base 225 gm). Ethopabate: 16 gm

• DOSEAGE & ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION

Orally via feed for whole product:0.5 – 1 kg / ton of feed

•  SIDE EFFECTS

Not in the recommended dose. prolonged uses can produce thiamine deficiencie

•CONTRA – INDICATIONS

Do not use in birds which are producing or may in future produce egg or egg product for human consumpation.

Do not administer to birds with a histroy of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of excipients

•WARNING & PRECATIONS

Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, wash the affected area with clean runing water immediately and remove any of excipients
