Ditril
• PRESENTATION
Difloxacin is belonged to fluoroquinolones group which, exert their antibactrerial effect against both replicating and non-replicating micro-organism. Difloxacin hydrochloride is bacterial in activity and acts by inhibition of bacterial DNA gyrase enzyme. Strains of escherichia coli and staphylococcus intermedius have been shown to be sensitive to difloxacin.
• INDICATIONS
In chickens and Turkeys: ditril is indicated for treatment of chronic respiratory infections caused by sensitive strains of escherichia coli and mychroplasma galliseption.
In Turkeys: ditrol is also indicated for the treatment of infections caused by pasteurella multocida.
• COMPOSITION
Each 1 ml contains: Difloxacin HCL 109.13mg (Eq. to Difloxacin base 100mg )
• DOSAGE & ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION
Route OF Adminstration: orally via drinking water. For whole product: 1 mlditril / 20 kg body weight per day, for at least 5 days. in case of superfcial pyoderma may require treatment for up to a maximum of 21 days. if clinical signs of respiratory or enteric diesease persist 48 hours after the first injection, an additional dose at 1 ml/30kg body weight may be administered.
• CONTRA –INDICATION
- Do not use in epileptic dogs.
- Difloxacin do not use in small and meduim-sized breeds of dogs up to and including 8 months of age , in large breeds up to 1 year of age and in giant breeds up to 18 months of age.
• WARNING & PRECAUTION
- The medicated drinking water should be prepared freshly each day.
- To be used only in dogs.

Stored in dry place at temperature not exceed 30 C˚.
